Good hotel in proximity to highway, amazing restaurants and CF Carrefour. Room wasn’t spectacular and carpet wasn’t spotless but overall felt clean. amenities were lacking and it was frustrating to see we booked a room for 4 and found towels for 3 and coffee pack for 1. Asking front desk for anything os a waste of time, they won’t get anything done. Worse, actually, they’ll tell you to find the housekeeper on the floor and get the missing towels or amenities yourself. And asking the housekeeper directly for another cup for coffee and more coffee got us exactly, you guessed it, only the extra cup of coffee. And furthermore when we stepped out of the room once again the following morning to ask the housekeeper for another coffee package, she literally acted like we bothered her and handed us over the coffee pack with the most irritated look. Excruciating to think of all this as Hilton standards, but as it happens Canada ranks particularly low on my lodging and service expectations compared to Europe or the US for that matter. Everything here felt overpriced (including the $5.99 water bottle they left in the room!). So to sum up, calibrate your expectations and you will definitely enjoy your stay. Expect to pay double what you would in Europe or the US for the same standards but receive no more than 70% of what you should.

This hotel is located in a good place, check-in was difficult because the system was down and they could not assist me and then they asked me for my credit card to charge me a deposit on my stay and I had already paid for my stay online and I paid online to avoid leaving my credit card details at the hotel, then what I requested to be in my room had not yet been installed, it was frustrating because days in advance I had requested that it be already installed when I did the check in. The hotel was clean but not to the degree of satisfaction, I really don't know what happened, since I would only be there for a few days I let it go to avoid more frustrations, I recommend this hotel for its location.

Appreciate having private floors for non-group patrons. All staff very friendly. Our room was very clean. What we used of the facilities was nice, in house restaurant was actually fairly priced and good quality. Appreciate the availability of bathrooms in the lobby. The physical location of the hotel is a bit awkward, but is within walking distance of no shortage of places to eat and shop. Laval/Montreal transit made getting around super easy, without having to deal with the headache of driving in heavy traffic or finding parking.

It was very clean and the bed was VERY comfy! I was in town for surgery and the clinic was only a 5 minute drive away. The staff was amazing, very accommodating. They brought in a shower chair for me after surgery, and the shower had plenty of room for it. They were very kind after surgery, asking after me and if I needed anything.

Pamela

The staff at the hotel are amazing, friendly and helpful, especially Eline at the front desk and Maxime at Le Quartz. This is my second time staying at the hotel and I love how clean it is. I will reserve my stay at this hotel again in 2023.
